Energy drink in the morning

Do you feel sluggish and lacking energy on chilly mornings? Don't worry, you don't need artificial energy drinks! Instead, try these powerful beetroot and ginger shots, which you can easily make yourself in a slow juicer.

Ingredients for about 3 large shots:
- 2 large beetroots
- 2 untreated lemons
- 6 carrots
- 1 sweet potato
- 2 apples
- 1 large piece of ginger (approx. 4 cm)

Preparation:
1. Minimal effort: Peel the beets and sweet potatoes. Carrots, apples, ginger, and lemons (if washed well) can be juiced with the skin on – simply remove the stem from the apple. Halve the carrots and sweet potatoes depending on their size, and trim the ends of the lemons, but leave the peel on for added flavor.
2. Put everything in the Kuvings Slow Juicer and juice it.
3. Enjoy the juice straight away or pour it into airtight bottles and drink within 48 hours.
