Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs,
except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The refund shall be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Returns are made at your own expense.

Refund Method

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund.

Note:
We may withhold reimbursement until we have either

  • received the goods back, or

  • you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,
    whichever occurs first.

Additional Conditions for Refunds

Return Requirements

  • All original packaging and product components must be included.

  • The product must be returned clean and in fully functional condition.

  • The item must show no signs of damage upon inspection.

Cleaning Fee

Products that are returned soiled or not cleaned are subject to a cleaning fee of at least €100, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Missing or Damaged Parts

If a product or any of its parts are missing or damaged, the higher amount of either the replacement cost of the missing parts or a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

If any parts are missing upon return, these will be deducted from the original purchase price during the refund process.
