Recipe for IMMUNITY BOOST GOLDEN MILK
(gluten-free, sugar-free)
- 1 cup homemade cashew milk
- 1 spoon Golden Milk spice mix*
- 1 spoon raw honey
Recipe for the Golden Milk Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp ground Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground black pepper (enhances the effect of turmeric)
- 1/2 tsp each ground cardamom, nutmeg and cloves
preparation
- Make cashew milk: Soak cashew nuts in warm water (about 30 minutes) and milk with the hands-free slow juicer from @kuvingsgermany.
- Golden Milk spice mix: Mix your own organic spices or use a ready-made mix.
- Bring everything together: Mix the spices, honey and warm milk well – and enjoy!
