IMMUNITY BOOST GOLDEN MILK – the perfect companion for the cold season!

Recipe for IMMUNITY BOOST GOLDEN MILK
(gluten-free, sugar-free)

  • 1 cup homemade cashew milk
  • 1 spoon Golden Milk spice mix*
  • 1 spoon raw honey

Recipe for the Golden Milk Seasoning Mix

  • 1/2 cup turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper (enhances the effect of turmeric)
  • 1/2 tsp each ground cardamom, nutmeg and cloves

preparation

  1. Make cashew milk: Soak cashew nuts in warm water (about 30 minutes) and milk with the hands-free slow juicer from @kuvingsgermany.
  2. Golden Milk spice mix: Mix your own organic spices or use a ready-made mix.
  3. Bring everything together: Mix the spices, honey and warm milk well – and enjoy!
