-150g strawberry pomace
-1 pack of vegan vanilla yoghurt
-1 bar of dark chocolate 60% cocoa
-Granola as a topping (optional)
Pour a dollop of yoghurt into an ice cube tray, add approx. 1 teaspoon of strawberry pomace on top and then cover with yoghurt again. If you want, you can now sprinkle granola on top. Place the mold in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Then melt the chocolate in a water bath. Allow the chocolate to cool briefly, carefully pour it over the frozen bites, collect it on a plate with baking paper and refrigerate briefly.
Depending on the size, the bites should be thawed for approx. 10-20 minutes before consumption.
