If you don’t have time but want to eat something healthy and delicious, the
"NO BAKE HEALTHY ALMOND TWIX BITES" a good solution
Ingredients
Base:
- 1 cup almond flour* (almond milk pulp)
- 1 spoon coconut flour
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- a pinch of Himalayan salt
preparation
Mix all ingredients. It should have the consistency of a dough.
Ingredients
Caramel layer:
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
Chocolate
- 3 spoons of cocoa
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
preparation
Pour the almond butter base into a silicone mold. Cover with chocolate. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
