Healthy Almond Twix Bites
Who wants zerowaste HEALTHY ALMOND TWIX BITES?
If you don't have time but want to eat something healthy and tasty, these are
"NO BAKE HEALTHY ALMOND TWIX BITES" a good solution
Ingredients
Base:
- 1 cup almond flour* (almond milk pomace)
- 1 spoon of coconut flour
- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- a pinch of Himalayan salt
preparation
Mix all ingredients. It should have the consistency of a dough.
Ingredients
caramel layer:
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
Chocolate
- 3 spoons of cocoa
- 3 spoons of coconut oil
- 2 spoons of maple syrup
preparation
Pour the almond butter base into a silicone mold. Cover with chocolate. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
