CASHEW BUTTER NUTTY CHOCOLATE BARS

Are you craving a sweet treat but don't have time to bake? Then this recipe is just what you need. These chocolate bars are not only quick to make but also incredibly delicious. Give them a try!

Ingredients for the base

  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup cashew pulp (after making cashew milk)
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt

Preparing the base

  1. Mix all ingredients well until a dough-like consistency is achieved.

Ingredients for the chocolate layer

  • 2 bars of chocolate (sugar-free)
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Preparation of the chocolate layer
2. Heat water and place a small bowl on the pot. Add the chocolate and coconut oil and let it melt.
3. Pour the cashew butter mixture into a silicone mold, cover with nuts and melted chocolate, and refrigerate for one hour.

Done – enjoy your homemade, healthy chocolate bars.
