180 g cashews / 513 kcal

Cashew milk is the creamiest and most refreshing of all homemade nut milks. Blending it with water ensures no nuts are wasted, meaning all the fiber and nutrients contained in the cashews are preserved in the cashew milk.

  1. Wash the cashews thoroughly and soak them in water for at least three hours.
  2. Juice the cashews using the Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer. Make sure to add equal parts cashews and water.
  3. Strain the whole thing through cheesecloth.
