Summer juice with melon & pear

When the sun is burning and the air is still, there is hardly anything better than a glass of ice-cold fruit juice β especially when it simultaneously hydrates the body, aids digestion and has a soothing effect on summer flu.
Our recipe with cantaloupe, pear, and lemon is a true all-rounder for hot daysβlight, digestible, and full of natural power.
Ingredients (for 1 glass / approx. 350 ml)

230 g cantaloupe (peeled and deseeded)

220 g pear (with peel)

10 g lemon (peeled)
π‘ Tip: Store the ingredients in the refrigerator until shortly before juicing β this will keep the juice particularly refreshing.
preparation

Peel the melons, remove the seeds and cut into large pieces.

Use pears with the skin on for more fiber and a full-bodied flavor.

Peel the lemon so that the juice doesn't become bitter.

Juice all ingredients in a slow juicer.

Drink straight away or chill for 1 hour before serving.
