- 2 tomatoes (180g×2),
- 1 carrot (150 g),
- 1 stick of celery (80 g),
- 1 kale leaf (20 g),
- 1/4 beetroot (50 g),
- 1 handful of spinach (60 g),
- 1/3 white cabbage (150 g),
- 1 bunch of parsley (10 g)
