Ingredients:
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup almond flour (from the almond pulp after making almond milk)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
Preparation:
  1. Mix all ingredients into a dough – the consistency should be like play dough. Tip: Make fresh almond milk with the Kuvings AUTO10S and use the pulp for this recipe. This way, nothing goes to waste.
  2. Form small balls and press them flat.
  3. Bake the cookies at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate and decorate the cookies. Tip: Use chocolate without palm oil and sugar.
