- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup almond flour (from the almond pulp after making almond milk)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients into a dough – the consistency should be like play dough. Tip: Make fresh almond milk with the Kuvings AUTO10S and use the pulp for this recipe. This way, nothing goes to waste.
- Form small balls and press them flat.
- Bake the cookies at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and decorate the cookies. Tip: Use chocolate without palm oil and sugar.
