Ginger lemon syrup immune booster

Drinking ginger daily and combining it with lemon, which is rich in vitamin C, will produce visible results after a month. Prepare a larger batch and refrigerate it—the syrup will stay fresh for three days. This mixture helps with sore throats and colds.
Ingredients
- 12 lemons
- 10 cm ginger
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Squeeze the juice from lemons and ginger with the Kuvings Slow Juicer – quickly and easily!
- Add the maple syrup and stir well.
- (Optional) Boil the mixture for one minute to make it last longer in the refrigerator.
