Green Shake
This green shake provides your body with plenty of vitamins and minerals. Thanks to the protein powder, it's also incredibly filling, and with frozen fruit, it's a great refreshing treat, especially in the summer! The Kuvings Slow Juicer AUTO10S #handsfree makes juicing large quantities of juice much easier. Incidentally, the AUTO10S can be used not only for juice, but also for smoothies and sorbet ice cream.
Ingredients
- 200 g frozen mango
- 1 banana
- 1 lime
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
- 1 tbsp wheatgrass powder
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- 500 ml water
preparation
1. Cut the lettuce into pieces and wash it, remove the zest from the lime and peel the banana and break it into pieces.
2. First, add the leafy greens to your juicer, then the remaining fruits, wheatgrass powder, and protein powder.
3. Now turn on the juicer and add water little by little until the juicer has processed everything into a smoothie.
