This juice is a delicious blend of vegetables and sweet fruits that is all about body cleansing.
Ingredients
- Green grapes: 200 g
- Celery: 30 g
- Cucumber: 50 g
- Apples: 90 g
- Lemon: 30 g
- Bananas: 100 g
Tip: Conventional grapes can be cleaned with a little baking soda or soda in a water bath to loosen more residue from the skins.
preparation
- Wash green grapes and remove the stems.
- Wash the celery and chop it finely.
- Cut off the ends of the cucumber and slice it.
- Use apples whole or chop them roughly.
- Peel the lemon and bananas.
- Juice all ingredients.
- Enjoy the juice immediately or chill for one hour before serving.
