This juice is a delicious blend of vegetables and sweet fruits that is all about body cleansing.

Ingredients

  • Green grapes: 200 g
  • Celery: 30 g
  • Cucumber: 50 g
  • Apples: 90 g
  • Lemon: 30 g
  • Bananas: 100 g

Tip: Conventional grapes can be cleaned with a little baking soda or soda in a water bath to loosen more residue from the skins.

preparation

  1. Wash green grapes and remove the stems.
  2. Wash the celery and chop it finely.
  3. Cut off the ends of the cucumber and slice it.
  4. Use apples whole or chop them roughly.
  5. Peel the lemon and bananas.
  6. Juice all ingredients.
  7. Enjoy the juice immediately or chill for one hour before serving.
