Ingredients (without sugar)
3 frozen bananas
1/2 cup milk (I use coconut cream)
1 tablespoon of blue spirulina



preparation
1. Mix all ingredients to get a creamy, fine consistency.
2. Top it off with your favorite fruits and coconut granola.
3.Enjoy
