Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup grated almonds
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 6 spoons of agave syrup
- 2 cups of yogurt of your choice
- Fresh raspberries
- Optional: lots of espresso

preparation
