Immune boost: Ginger shot with mango, orange and carrot

This recipe combines sweet mango, fresh citrus fruits, carrots, and a hearty dose of ginger. The result: fruity and spicy, rich in vitamins, and a real energy boost for body and mind.
Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1 orange
- ½ lemon
- 2 carrots
- 1 large piece of ginger
preparation
- Peel the mango, orange, lemon, carrots and ginger and cut into pieces.
- Put everything in the Kuvings Slow Juicer and juice.
- Pour the juice into small glasses and enjoy fresh.
Tip: Ginger shots can be kept in the refrigerator for two to three days and are ideal for supporting your immune system during the transition period.
