pumpkin juice
Have you ever tried pumpkin juice? No? Then it's time! This juice is not only good for your figure, but also helps relieve stress and reduce swelling. And best of all, it tastes much better than you think!
- 600 g Hokkaido pumpkin
- 200 g carrots
- 1–2 apples
- A small piece of fresh turmeric (optional)
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation:
Wash all ingredients thoroughly, remove the seeds if necessary, and process them in the Kuvings Slow Juicer. If you want to use the peel, be sure to use untreated, organic ingredients.
Tip: When slightly warmed, the juice provides an extra dose of coziness on cold winter days.
