Fruity Energy – Mandarin-Grapefruit Juice with Ginger & Turmeric

Here comes a refreshing recipe that not only pampers the senses but also provides the body with valuable nutrients.
Ingredients for the juice:
- 5 tangerines
- 1 grapefruit
- A piece of ginger
- A piece of turmeric
- 2 carrots
Wash all ingredients, peel if necessary, roughly chop and place in the Kuvings Slow Juicer.
Pomace inspiration: Raspberry chia glass
Perfect for two glasses
- 80 g pomace (from the above juice)
- 100 g frozen raspberries
- 1–2 tbsp agave syrup
- 200 g vegan mango yogurt
- 200 g vegan natural yogurt
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- Topping: fresh raspberries, pomegranate seeds
Mix the chia seeds and natural yogurt and let it swell. Puree the pulp, agave syrup, and raspberries. Pour the mango yogurt into a glass and layer it with the pulp mixture and the chia seed yogurt. Top with fresh fruit and enjoy!
Perfect for a healthy start to the day or as a refreshing snack in between!
