Homemade almond milk – creamy, healthy and sugar-free

Did you know that many plant-based drinks from the supermarket not only contain sugar and additives, but also lose heat-sensitive vitamins due to industrial processing? With the Kuvings Slow Juicer AUTO10S, you can easily make your own almond milk – full of flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g almonds (soaked overnight)
  • 1 liter of fresh water

Tip from @lena.hfst: Add vanilla, two dates, cocoa powder, or a pinch of salt to make the almond milk even more aromatic.

Preparation:

  1. Place the almonds and water into the slow juicer, using a 1:1 almond to water ratio.
  2. First, place the almonds in the juicer and then gradually add the water. This will produce a particularly creamy and natural almond milk.
