- Romaine lettuce
- Black beans, peppers, tomatoes, corn
- Baked sweet potatoes
Avocado salsa
- 2 avocados
- Fresh coriander and parsley
- lemon juice
- Chili and garlic
- Tahini
- Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
- Water and Himalayan salt
preparation
- Blend all ingredients for the salsa in the Kuvings Auto Vacuum Blender @kuvingsgermany until creamy.
- Arrange salad and vegetables in a bowl, top with the avocado salsa and serve.
