Ingredients for the bowl

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Black beans, peppers, tomatoes, corn
  • Baked sweet potatoes

Avocado salsa

  • 2 avocados
  • Fresh coriander and parsley
  • lemon juice
  • Chili and garlic
  • Tahini
  • Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • Water and Himalayan salt

preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients for the salsa in the Kuvings Auto Vacuum Blender @kuvingsgermany until creamy.
  2. Arrange salad and vegetables in a bowl, top with the avocado salsa and serve.
