Delicious muesli bars with pomace
So be sure to save this recipe for your next juicing session! Optionally, it can also be done without pomace.
You need:
• 100g rolled oats
• 70g walnuts
• 70g pumpkin seeds
• 50g pecan nuts
Chop everything up and put in a large bowl. To that then
• 100g pomace (e.g. beetroot, apple, carrot)
• 50g goji berries
• 50g prunes, chopped
• 15g chia seeds
• 80g maple syrup
• 70g coconut oil, melted
• 1 tsp vanilla paste
Mix everything well and press into a square oven dish lined with baking paper (firm!). Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees top and bottom heat, allow to cool slightly and put in the fridge for a few hours to firm up. Then cut into bars and your muesli bars are ready, which will keep in the fridge for a few days.
