Delicious muesli bars with pomace
So be sure to save this recipe for your next juice session! You can also make it without pulp if you prefer.
You need:
• 100g oat flakes
• 70g walnuts
• 70g pumpkin seeds
• 50g pecans
Chop everything up a little and put it in a large bowl. Then
• 100g pomace (e.g. beetroot, apple, carrot)
• 50g goji berries
• 50g dried plum, chopped
• 15g chia seeds
• 80g maple syrup
• 70g coconut oil, melted
• 1 tsp vanilla paste
Mix everything well and press firmly into a square baking dish lined with baking paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), let it cool slightly, and then refrigerate it for a few hours to set. Then cut into bars and your granola bars are ready. They'll keep in the fridge for a few days.
