Make your own nut milk

Homemade nut milk – pure enjoyment without additives

Just nuts, water, and your Kuvings Slow Juicer – and you know exactly what's in your plant-based milk. Many commercially available nut drinks contain additives like stabilizers or emulsifiers. This isn't necessary: With the AUTO10S, you can easily make your own top-quality nut milk.

Recipe for homemade nut milk:

  1. Soak your favorite nuts (e.g. almonds or cashews) in water for at least 6 hours.
  2. Add the nuts to the slow juicer in a 1:1 ratio, alternating with fresh water.
  3. Refine the milk with a date or a little cinnamon if you like – your creamy nut milk is ready.

Tip: Don't throw away the pulp. It's perfect for muesli, energy balls, or baking. This makes it easy to create delicious desserts – without any food waste.
