Oil in the juice: A good idea? Or not?

Add oil to the juice: Yes🙆 or No🙅?
Fruits and vegetables also contain fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamins A, D, E, and K. Adding oil can improve the absorption of these vitamins. However, it's not necessary to use a whole spoonful—a few drops are sufficient.
Tip : If you like, you can use extra virgin olive oil, linseed oil, or avocado oil to slightly enhance the juice. A small amount of nut butter can also support the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins while adding a pleasant nutty flavor.
It's important to note, however, that this only applies if you drink the juice alone, without a meal or snack. In this case, the fat from the meal may be sufficient.
