Paprika orzo with crispy sage and halloumi

Ingredients
- 5 red peppers
- 3 stalks of celery
- 1 red onion
- 200 g orzo (kritharaki)
- 1 shallot, diced
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 200g halloumi
- Sage leaves
- salt and pepper
preparation
1. Squeeze the juice from the peppers, celery and onion using the Kuvings Slow Juicer.
2. Sauté the shallots in a little olive oil, add the orzo, and pour the vegetable juices over them. Season with salt and stir regularly until the orzo has absorbed the liquid.
3. Fry the sage leaves in a little oil until crispy, then pat off any excess oil. Be careful not to burn the leaves.
4. Dice the halloumi and fry it until golden brown without any additional fat.
5. Serve the orzo with the crispy sage and halloumi.
