Peach and coconut sorbet

Peach + coconut = pure summer


Who needs an ice cream parlor when you can easily make sorbet yourself?
With just two ingredients and the sorbet attachment on your Kuvings Slow Juicer, you can conjure up creamy ice cream – without any added sugar or additives.

Recipe for 2-3 servings:

  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 6 ripe peaches

Here's how:

  1. Wash, peel, pit and cut peaches into pieces.
  2. Shake coconut milk well and pour into ice cube trays.
  3. Freeze both for at least 6 hours.
  4. Let ingredients thaw for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Put everything through the Kuvings Slow Juicer with sorbet attachment.
  6. Garnish with coconut flakes and fresh fruit if desired – your summer treat is ready.
