Chia pudding made from pistachio milk
Has anyone ever tried pistachio milk?
Pistachio milk is a delicious and healthy milk alternative and can also be easily made with your Kuvings juicer. Let's make delicious desserts with homemade pistachio milk.
1. For 1 liter of pistachio milk, soak approx. 150g of pistachios overnight and then add them to the REVO from @kuvingsgermany together with 1 liter of water.
2. Sweeten the finished “milk” with 1 teaspoon of date syrup and stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.
3. Mix 500ml of pistachio milk with 70g chia seeds and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
4. Pour chia pudding into glasses, add soy yogurt on top and garnish with fruits, nuts and granola as desired.
