After juicing your fresh carrot juice with the Kuvings Slow Juicer , you can turn the leftover pulp into a truly fantastic dish. Enjoy fresh juice while making healthy wraps without wasting food!

Recipe for about 6 wraps

  • 150 g red lentils
  • 100 g carrot pomace
  • 350 ml water
  • A little salt

preparation

  1. Wash red lentils and soak them in water for at least 2 hours. Then add carrot pulp and salt and place the mixture in a blender or puree thoroughly.
  2. Pour 3 tablespoons of batter into a well-coated pan and bake at medium heat for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Top the wraps with savory toppings and enjoy.
