Protein-rich wrap

After juicing your fresh carrot juice with your Kuvings Slow Juicer, you can turn the leftover pulp into a truly fantastic dish. Isn't it great that you can enjoy fresh juice and use the leftover pulp to create healthy meals without wasting food?

Recipe for approx. 6 wraps

- 150g red lentils
- 100g carrot pomace
- 350ml water
- A little salt

preparation
1. Wash red lentils and soak them in water for at least 2 hours. Then add carrot pulp and salt and place the mixture in a blender or puree thoroughly.
2. Pour 3 tablespoons of batter into a well-coated pan and bake on both sides at medium heat for about 3-5 minutes.
3. Top the wraps with savory toppings and enjoy.
