Protein-rich wrap
After juicing your fresh carrot juice with the Kuvings Slow Juicer , you can turn the leftover pulp into a truly fantastic dish. Enjoy fresh juice while making healthy wraps without wasting food!
Recipe for about 6 wraps
- 150 g red lentils
- 100 g carrot pomace
- 350 ml water
- A little salt
preparation
- Wash red lentils and soak them in water for at least 2 hours. Then add carrot pulp and salt and place the mixture in a blender or puree thoroughly.
- Pour 3 tablespoons of batter into a well-coated pan and bake at medium heat for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
- Top the wraps with savory toppings and enjoy.
