Rhubarb and strawberry smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 pack of fresh strawberries
- 3 stalks of rhubarb

preparation
1. Wash the strawberries, remove the green parts, and place them in the juicer. Use the smoothie strainer!

2. Wash the rhubarb, cut it into pieces, and bring it to a boil in a pot with a little water. Caution: Too much raw rhubarb may be indigestion due to its high concentration of oxalic acid.
3. Add the cooked rhubarb to the strawberries and run it through the juicer. If you like, you can sweeten the smoothie to taste.
