Recipe for 2 servings
Chia-vanilla layer
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 100 g Greek yogurt
- Vanilla extract or fresh vanilla pod
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Chocolate-banana smoothie
- 1 frozen banana (sliced)
- 100 ml frozen almond or hazelnut milk (frozen in ice cube tray)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 20 g dark chocolate (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Toppings (of your choice)
- Fresh berries such as raspberries, blueberries or strawberries
- Granola or crushed cookies
- Chopped nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts)
- A drizzle of chocolate sauce or honey
This is how it works with the Kuvings AUTO10S:
- Mix chia seeds, yogurt, vanilla and honey and let it swell in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes until it reaches a pudding-like consistency.
- Process banana, cocoa, chocolate and almond milk cubes in the AUTO10S (with smoothie filter) – for a particularly creamy texture.
- First add the chia-vanilla layer to the glass, then carefully spread the chocolate-banana smoothie on top.
- Decorate with toppings of your choice and enjoy fresh.
