Chocolate balls (gluten-free, sugar-free)

Who's in the mood for healthy Ferrero Rocher? (gluten-free, sugar-free—and super delicious!)

These little chocolate balls are:
- Chewy, gooey and simply irresistible – they melt in your mouth!
- Only 6 ingredients and made in minutes.
- Perfect for guilt-free pampering!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup ground hazelnuts (pomace from nut milk production)
- 1/4 cup dates (previously soaked or Medjool)
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed or oat flour
- A pinch of Himalayan salt

- Some water (if necessary)

Here's how:
1. Prepare nut milk with the Kuvings Slow Juicer AUTO10S.
2. Soak the dates and mix them with some water.
3. Mix all ingredients and form small balls – with a hazelnut in the middle.
4. Optional: Dip the balls in melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Place them in the refrigerator for a short time and enjoy.
