Tropical ice cream pralines

This weekend is going to be really hot! If you're tired of the warm weather, a sweet and refreshing dessert is just what you need. This treat is not only super delicious but also healthy! With the Kuvings Slow Juicer, you can make delicious desserts made from 100% fruit.

Ingredients for 15 pieces
- 300 g frozen mango (diced)
- 2 passion fruits
- 4 tbsp creamy coconut milk
- 150 g sugar-free dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes

preparation
1. Halve the passion fruit and mix the pulp with the frozen mango cubes and coconut milk in a bowl.
2. Pour everything into your slow juicer with the sorbet insert. Then fill the sorbet into ice cube trays and freeze again for 3 hours.
3. Melt the dark chocolate together with the coconut oil.
4. Remove the ice cream pralines from the mold and dip them into the melted chocolate using two forks. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and let them harden on a piece of baking paper.
5. Enjoy the chocolates immediately or store them in the freezer. I recommend letting them thaw for a few minutes before eating to make the ice cream a little creamier.
