Vegan Carrot Bolognese

Ingredients

  • Pomace of 4 carrots
  • 150 g soy granules
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 400 g strained tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 800–900 ml water
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • Salt & Pepper

preparation

  1. Dice the onion, chop the garlic and fry in olive oil.
  2. Add the carrot pulp and fry briefly.
  3. Add soy granules and water.
  4. Stir in strained tomatoes, tomato paste, soy sauce and oregano.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Your sustainable and delicious carrot bolognese is ready – good for you and good for the environment!
