Vegan Carrot Bolognese

Vegan Carrot Bolognese – enjoy sustainably with Kuvings

Ingredients
- Pomace of 4 carrots
- 150 g soy granules
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 400 g strained tomatoes
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 800–900 ml water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oregano
- Salt & Pepper
preparation
- Dice the onion, chop the garlic and fry in olive oil.
- Add the carrot pulp and fry briefly.
- Add soy granules and water.
- Stir in strained tomatoes, tomato paste, soy sauce and oregano.
- Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Your sustainable and delicious carrot bolognese is ready – good for you and good for the environment!
