What can go into the slow juicer?

To ensure your juice is not only delicious but also a sure success, you'll find a practical overview for your Kuvings AUTO10S here - feel free to save or forward!

✅ Perfect for your slow juicer – high juice content & good workmanship:

  • Apples, pears, carrots, beetroot
  • Cucumber, bell pepper, celery, sweet potato
  • Lemon & lime (untreated: some zest may be added for extra flavor)
  • Watermelon, melon (without peel)
  • Leaf salads such as romaine lettuce or lamb's lettuce
  • Fresh herbs such as parsley, mint
  • Ginger & Turmeric – in small pieces
  • Stone fruits such as apricots, peaches, nectarines (pitted)

⚠️ Possible, but better with preparation or in combination:

  • Kale, cabbage, celery → cut into 5–7 cm pieces beforehand
  • Berries → lots of flavor, little juice – best combined with other ingredients
  • Pineapple → sweet & juicy, but rich in fiber
  • Pomegranate → only the seeds, no peel!

🚫 It is better not to put these ingredients in the juicer:

  • Avocado, coconut → too high in fat, can clog the sieve
  • Banana → too soft & starchy
  • Nuts & seeds → only use after 8 hours of soaking & with liquid
  • Sugar cane, sesame, butter, margarine, oils
  • Cooked vegetables & raw potatoes
  • Ice cubes or frozen food → only suitable with sorbet accessories!

With the Kuvings AUTO10S you can add many ingredients directly – without cutting.
