Sweet, crunchy, and completely sugar-free—these cashew caramel snacks with strawberries taste like a dessert, but are packed with high-quality ingredients.

Recipe for 8 pieces

  • 8 millet rice cakes

Cashew caramel:

  • ½ cup cashew butter
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup

Chocolate topping:

  • 2 bars of dark chocolate (sugar-free and palm oil-free)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 5 tbsp cashew residue (after squeezing the cashew drink)

preparation

  1. Make a fresh cashew drink with the Kuvings AUTO10S – completely without additives, just from nuts and water.
  2. Combine the cashew butter and maple syrup and spread 2 tablespoons each on the rice cakes. Place in the freezer for a few minutes.
  3. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in a water bath and stir in the leftover cashews.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of the chocolate mixture to each of the cooled rice cakes.
  5. Garnish with strawberries and almonds and serve.
