Recipe for 8 pieces
- 8 millet rice cakes
Cashew caramel:
- ½ cup cashew butter
- 5 tbsp maple syrup
Chocolate topping:
- 2 bars of dark chocolate (sugar-free and palm oil-free)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 5 tbsp cashew residue (after squeezing the cashew drink)


preparation
- Make a fresh cashew drink with the Kuvings AUTO10S – completely without additives, just from nuts and water.
- Combine the cashew butter and maple syrup and spread 2 tablespoons each on the rice cakes. Place in the freezer for a few minutes.
- Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in a water bath and stir in the leftover cashews.
- Add 2 tablespoons of the chocolate mixture to each of the cooled rice cakes.
- Garnish with strawberries and almonds and serve.
