Zero Waste Snack with Pomace

Recipe for about 8 pieces

  • 1/3 cup almond flakes
  • 1/3 cup nut pulp (e.g. from cashew or almond milk)
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

preparation

Mix all ingredients, cover with maple syrup, pour into silicone molds and bake at 180°C for about 15-18 minutes.
Important: Let them cool completely—only then will the Florentines become truly crispy. Decorate with a little chocolate, if desired.

Tip:

Use the pulp of your favorite nuts—for example, almonds or cashews—that you obtain when making nut milk with your Kuvings Slow Juicer. This way, you get the most out of your ingredients—truly in the spirit of zero waste .

By the way, the freshly pressed nut milk goes perfectly with the crispy Florentines.

By the way: Our big promotion is running in May – if you don't already own a Kuvings Slow Juicer, now is the perfect time!
