Zero-waste granola recipe with pumpkin pulp

Have you ever used the pumpkin pulp left over from juicing? You can easily make delicious granola from this tasty leftover!

Ingredients:
  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 170 g pumpkin pomace
  • 70 g sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
  • 60 g almond flakes
  • 35 g desiccated coconut
  • 1–2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100 g date syrup
  • 40 g maple syrup
  • 60 g coconut oil
  • 3–4 tbsp applesauce
Preparation:
  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20–30 minutes until golden brown. Turn halfway through baking.
