Zero-waste granola recipe with pumpkin pulp
Have you ever used the pumpkin pulp left over from juicing? You can easily make delicious granola from this tasty leftover!

- 200 g oat flakes
- 170 g pumpkin pomace
- 70 g sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
- 60 g almond flakes
- 35 g desiccated coconut
- 1–2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 g date syrup
- 40 g maple syrup
- 60 g coconut oil
- 3–4 tbsp applesauce
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20–30 minutes until golden brown. Turn halfway through baking.
