Shipping Costs

Germany: Free shipping for orders over €49. For orders below €49, a €7 shipping fee applies.
Austria: Free shipping for orders over €300. For orders below €300, a €25 shipping fee applies.

Standard Shipping

  • Important: Juicers and blenders (excluding spare parts) cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Orders addressed to PO boxes may be cancelled.

  • Delivery time: Approximately 3–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Security check: We reserve the right to carry out a security verification. If your order is affected, you will be notified within 1–4 business days.

Address Correction

Once an order has been placed, changes to the delivery address are not possible.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately by phone at +49 (0)6196 950 2397.
We will gladly assist you by cancelling the existing order so that you can place a new one with the correct details.

Cancellations

Orders that have not yet been processed can be cancelled by calling us at +49 (0)6196 950 2397.
If your order has already been processed and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or redirected.

Should you still request a cancellation while the parcel is in transit, please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs incurred by intercepting or redirecting the shipment.

If cancellation is no longer possible and you wish to return your order after receipt, please refer to our Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy).

Shipment Tracking

All orders are shipped via DHL or UPS.
You will receive a separate email from DHL or UPS with your tracking number.

To ensure that you receive all transactional emails from DHL, UPS, and info@kuvings.de, please also check your spam, junk, or bulk mail folders.
