What is the best juicer on the market in 2021?

If you're serious about juicing and want to make everything from cashew milk to clean, green juices, then the versatile Kuvings EVO820 Evolution Cold Press Juicer is the best juicer we've tested, and well worth the hefty price tag.

WIRED Recommends: The Kuvings EVO820 is a versatile machine with high-tech specs
Type: Masticating, Chewing | Height: 49 cm | dB: 71

Although this masticating slow juicer was primarily designed to accommodate soft fruits and vegetables, the Kuvings EVO820 Evolution has a large feed chute that will easily accommodate a whole apple.

As with most of the models in our test, it took some time to figure out how to attach the feeder. However, once we managed to align the top and fasten it together, juicing was an easy process. At 71dB, it's one of the quietest models in our test, although noise levels increase with harder foods like apples, pears, and carrots.

A whole apple was juiced in less than five seconds in our test, which we found impressive for a slow juicer like this. We were also surprised by the powerful juicing screw that could handle fruit and veg without having to manually push the fruit down the chute. It also comes with handy gauges on the main juice housing to show you how much you're juicing.

With a chunky 7.1kg body, the Kuvings may not look as snazzy as other designs in our review, but we're happy to pay the premium for a machine that can handle such a wide range of fruit and veg.

The Kuvings EVO820 also comes with a very good guide that includes recipes for nut milks, smoothies, frozen desserts, and multivitamin juices. If you dare, you can even follow the purple cabbage juice recipe.
