Healthy Apple Donuts
Healthy Apple Donuts (vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free)
Perfect for enjoying without a guilty conscience!
Ingredients:
- 250g apple pomace
- 160g rice flour
- 60g oatmeal (grind the oatmeal in a blender!)
- 2 tsp (10g) baking powder
- 2 tsp (10g) cinnamon
- 3 tbsp (40g) coconut oil
- 2 eggs (or egg substitute)
- 120ml maple syrup
- 120g coconut yoghurt
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour the batter into donut pans or simply form donuts by hand.
- Bake at 180C for 18-20 minutes.
- Serve with coconut yogurt if you like!
