Gesunde Apfel-Donuts

Healthy Apple Donuts (vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free)

Perfect for enjoying without a guilty conscience!

Ingredients:

  • 250g apple pomace
  • 160g rice flour
  • 60g oatmeal (grind the oatmeal in a blender!)
  • 2 tsp (10g) baking powder
  • 2 tsp (10g) cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp (40g) coconut oil
  • 2 eggs (or egg substitute)
  • 120ml maple syrup
  • 120g coconut yoghurt

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Pour the batter into donut pans or simply form donuts by hand.
  4. Bake at 180C for 18-20 minutes.
  5. Serve with coconut yogurt if you like!
