Apple Pie Smoothie
1 cup milk (here almond drink)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 spoon of Ceylon cinnamon
1 tablespoon flaxseed (optional)
First, use your Kuvings Slow Juicer to juice the apples. Then add the banana and the rest of the ingredients.
Sugar free caramel
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup coconut milk (thick part after chilling)
1 pinch Himalayan salt
Mix all the ingredients and cook them. Then cook on low for a few more minutes until the liquid thickens.
