Summery bingsu enjoyment – easy to prepare with any blender! ❄️🍉🍈
Whether you use a stand mixer, kitchen mixer, or hand mixer – with a few simple tricks you can conjure up the perfect bingsu at home.
Important: Don't blend too finely! Don't make it creamy like a smoothie.

Use frozen fruit to make the bingsu especially refreshing.

Always add 5-10 ice cubes to create the “snow effect.”
1. Watermelon Bingsu 🍉
A summery, vegan version of classic bingsu – without milk, just sweet and fruity.
Ingredients:

2 cups frozen watermelon pieces

2 tbsp condensed milk 🥄 (or agave syrup/rice syrup for the vegan version)

1 tbsp chopped mint or fresh berries

5 ice cubes 🧊 for extra coolness
Preparation:

Add watermelon pieces and ice cubes to the blender.

Blend briefly to leave small pieces of ice – like fluffy snow. (Not too finely)

Pour into dessert bowls and drizzle with condensed milk or a vegan alternative.

Garnish with mint or berries and enjoy immediately.

2. Melon Bingsu 🍈
Light, fruity, and perfect for hot days—dairy-free, but wonderfully sweet and refreshing. Suitable for any type of melon: honeydew, galia, or cantaloupe.
