Who wants CHIA PUDDING JAR?
and it only takes 1 minute! ***Vegan, no sugar, gluten free***
delicious, healthy, ready in no time
- 2 spoons of chia
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt (or other)
- 1/3 glass of milk of your choice (homemade almond milk was used here
- 1 spoon of maple syrup
1️. Mix everything together and put in the fridge.
2️. After 10 minutes, stir again and wait at least half an hour.
(it's super creamy, but you can add more milk to your taste.
if you prefer!)
