These Crunchy Cups impress with their crispy texture, fruity chocolate flavor, and premium ingredients – ideal for those who enjoy mindful snacking. Vegan, sugar-free, environmentally friendly, and simply delicious!
Ingredients for about 10 cups:
- 2 cups puffed rice (e.g. strawberry flavor)
- 1/2 cup tahini – provides healthy fats and proteins
- 1/3 cup agave syrup – natural sweetness without sugar
- 1/2 cup grated almonds (pomace from almond milk production)
For the pink chocolate:
- 3 bars of white chocolate (sugar-free, palm oil-free)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil – for a soft consistency
- 1 tbsp raspberry powder – provides color and fruity flavor
Preparation – step by step:
- Prepare fresh almond milk with the Kuvings AUTO10S Slow Juicer. Collect the pulp and set it aside.
- Slowly melt the white chocolate, coconut oil and raspberry powder in a water bath and mix well.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of the melted chocolate into silicone molds and place them in the freezer briefly until it is slightly firm.
- Mix the tahini, agave syrup, almond pulp and puffed rice in a bowl until you get a workable mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared cups and cover with the remaining chocolate. Freeze again until the cups are firm.
- Garnish with pumpkin seeds, chopped nuts or fresh berries as desired – done!
