Ingredients
- 60g apple pomace
- 10 dates
- Handful of almonds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Topping
- vegan yogurt
- Fruits of your choice
- Apple with chocolate



preparation
1. Place the dates and almonds in a food processor or chop them with a sharp knife and place them in a bowl.
2. Add all other ingredients and knead.
3. You can either roll the dough into small balls and eat them straight away, or place it on a small baking tray and bake it for 15 minutes at 175 degrees.
4. Then, divide the batter into two small glasses. Top with chopped fruit of your choice (in this case, it was apple) and top with a dollop of blueberry yogurt.
5. For decoration, I cut out star-shaped apples and covered them with melted chocolate. I put them outside in the cold for a bit to dry, then placed them on the glass.
