Glow Dubai Cups – healthy, sugar-free and gluten-free
Crispy, creamy, chocolatey—these little cups perfectly demonstrate that "healthy" and "incredibly delicious" go hand in hand. The mix of roasted flakes, fine pistachio cream, and dark chocolate makes them a dessert you simply have to love.
Ingredients for approx. 6-8 pieces
- 2 bars of dark chocolate (sugar-free, palm oil-free)
- 2 cups unsalted pistachios
- ¼ cup agave syrup
- ½ cup buckwheat flakes (or cornflakes)
preparation
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Spoon some into muffin cups, line the edges, and freeze briefly.
- Blend pistachios in the CB1000 Premium Vacuum Blender to a fine, creamy nut butter.
- Mix the pistachio cream with agave syrup and flakes.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared chocolate bases and cover with another layer of chocolate.
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and let it set in the refrigerator or freezer.
