Who wants ENERGY OATMEAL with fresh figs?
This recipe is the perfect breakfast meal. It is light, delicious and easy to prepare and therefore a real insider tip if you need something quick in the morning and you want to start your day stronger!
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup almond drink*
2 tablespoons of chia and flax seeds
2 tablespoons yogurt of your choice
1 spoon of dried raspberries
1. Mash the banana with a fork.
2️. Add oats, chia, flaxseeds, dried raspberries, yogurt and milk.
(Homemade almond drink was used for this recipe)
3️. Mix all ingredients
4️. Decorate it with your favorite seasonal fruits!
