Who wants ENERGY OATMEAL with fresh figs?

This recipe is the perfect breakfast meal. It's light, delicious, and easy to prepare, making it a real insider tip when you're in a hurry in the morning and want to start your day feeling refreshed!

Ingredients

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup almond milk*
1 banana
2 tablespoons chia and flax seeds
2 tablespoons yogurt of your choice
1 spoon dried raspberries

preparation

1. Mash the banana with a fork.
2️. Add oatmeal, chia, flax seeds, dried raspberries, yogurt, and milk.
(Homemade almond milk was used for this recipe)
3️. Mix all ingredients
4️. Decorate it with your favorite seasonal fruits!
5. Enjoy!
