Mixed Nut Energy Bars
Ingredients
Almond pomace from juicing
Cashews
Dried cranberries
60 g starch syrup
20 ml water
Raisins
Walnuts
75g oligosaccharide
60g stevia
1. Heat the almond pulp in a pan over low heat until dry.
2. Bring sugar, corn syrup, oligosaccharides, stevia and water to the boil in a pot. Don't stir.
3. Once the stevia begins to melt, turn off the heat. Add the pulp, dried fruits, other nuts and mix well.
4. Pour into a cereal bar mold and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Enjoy
