Fruit ice cream with crunch

Homemade ice cream with crunch – fruity, creamy and crispy
When it gets hot outside, homemade ice cream is just what you need. This recipe is completely free of artificial additives and boasts natural ingredients and a delicious crunch.
Ingredients:
- Crispy Kadayif
- Pistachio cream
- Frozen bananas
- Frozen berries (e.g. raspberries or blueberries)
- Optional: A splash of milk
- Chocolate for dipping
Preparation:
- Combine the kadayif with the pistachio cream and pour half of the mixture into an ice cream mold. Insert a popsicle stick.
- Juice the frozen bananas and berries using the sorbet attachment on your Kuvings juicer. If you prefer a creamier texture, add a splash of milk.
- Pour the fruit mixture into the ice cream mold and freeze until the ice cream is completely solid.
- Finally, dip the ice cream briefly in melted chocolate – and you have a refreshing summer ice cream with a crispy center.
Tip: This ice cream is perfect as a healthy treat on hot days – without any guilty conscience.
