Homemade ice cream with crunch – fruity, creamy and crispy

When it gets hot outside, homemade ice cream is just what you need. This recipe is completely free of artificial additives and boasts natural ingredients and a delicious crunch.

Ingredients:

  • Crispy Kadayif
  • Pistachio cream
  • Frozen bananas
  • Frozen berries (e.g. raspberries or blueberries)
  • Optional: A splash of milk
  • Chocolate for dipping

Preparation:

  1. Combine the kadayif with the pistachio cream and pour half of the mixture into an ice cream mold. Insert a popsicle stick.
  2. Juice the frozen bananas and berries using the sorbet attachment on your Kuvings juicer. If you prefer a creamier texture, add a splash of milk.
  3. Pour the fruit mixture into the ice cream mold and freeze until the ice cream is completely solid.
  4. Finally, dip the ice cream briefly in melted chocolate – and you have a refreshing summer ice cream with a crispy center.

Tip: This ice cream is perfect as a healthy treat on hot days – without any guilty conscience.
