Healthy Triple Almond Caramel Snacks

If you're looking for a quick and healthy snack or a tasty treat, then you should definitely try these almond caramel rice cakes. They're ready in a snap and will impress your loved ones in minutes, not hours.

Ingredients
- 8 rice cakes

For the almond caramel:
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 5 tbsp maple syrup

For the chocolate coating:
- 2 bars of white chocolate (sugar-free, palm oil-free)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp raspberry powder
- 5 tbsp grated almonds (from homemade almond milk)

preparation
1. Make homemade almond milk with the @KuvingsGermany Slow Juicer #handsfree AUTO10S. It's much better than store-bought milk because it contains only nuts and water.
2. Mix almond butter and maple syrup.
3. Spread 2 tablespoons of the caramel on each rice cake and place them in the freezer for a few minutes.
4. Melt the chocolate, coconut oil, and raspberry powder in a double boiler. Add the ground almonds.
5. Spread 2 tablespoons of the chocolate mixture on the rice cakes and garnish with additional almonds and your favorite fruits, if desired.
