1 grapefruit (340 g), 1/4 lemon (30 g), 300 ml soda water, ice cubes and syrup / 150 kcal

Grapefruits have a fresh but bitter taste that stimulates the appetite. They contain vitamins A, C and E and pectin. The pectin contained in grapefruit helps prevent obesity as it lowers cholesterol levels and keeps blood sugar levels constant. Buy grapefruits that are perfectly round in shape and heavy for their size. They should also hold their shape when pressed into the shell. They will stay fresh and tasty for longer if you wrap them in newspaper and store them in a cool place. Grapefruits and lemons are excellent when you're on a diet. The bitter taste of grapefruit in particular helps curb your appetite.

1. Wash the ingredients.
2. Peel the grapefruit.
